Job summary

EverAI seeks a high‑velocity Growth Marketing professional to own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and more. You’ll build scalable funnels, run rapid tests, and optimize CAC/LTV while collaborating with the marketing and product teams.

You will lead campaign execution, analysis, and optimization in a fully remote environment, reporting to the CMO and driving aggressive user growth toward 100M+ users.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing substantial monthly paid media spend.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own 1–2 paid acquisition channels and scale them.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high‑velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements.
