Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years of growth marketing and e-commerce acquisition experience.
• Experience in restricted e-commerce verticals is advantageous.
• Proven experience executing digital sponsorships, affiliate networks, and referral loops.
• Web analytics knowledge and ROI-focused metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and scale net-new customer acquisition.
• Identify, negotiate, and unlock non-traditional growth channels.
