Job summary

EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform, seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate customer acquisition across one or more brands. You will connect business goals to growth plans, coordinating paid media, lifecycle marketing, content and SEO to drive scalable results.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to optimize the acquisition funnel, measure impact, and iterate campaigns for higher ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated B2B marketing.
• Proven track record owning customer acquisition, pipeline, or revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of the B2B funnel and cross-channel activation.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actions.
• Experience with paid media, lifecycle/email marketing, content, SEO, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and funnel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing strategy and customer acquisition plan for assigned business.
• Translate revenue goals into funnel targets, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Develop integrated campaigns connecting audience, message, content, channels, and sales activation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations to execute the plan.
