Job summary

IMPACTER Pathway is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to own top-of-funnel acquisition and scale non-traditional channels. This remote, Florida-based role requires a hands-on marketer with a track record in B2C ecommerce and affiliate networks.

You’ll partner with an execution-heavy team to analyze ROI, manage sponsorships, and drive performance traffic into retention. Remote within the US, with compensation aligned to market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years of growth marketing and ecommerce acquisition experience.
• Experience in restricted ecommerce verticals is a plus.
• Proven experience executing digital sponsorships, affiliate networks, and referral loops.
• Web analytics knowledge and expert use of tracking metrics to prove channel ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own high-velocity discount and deal networks to capture price-sensitive buyers.
• Recruit and manage lifestyle affiliates and optimize referral programs.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure media placements across YouTube channels, podcasts, and niche newsletters.
• Build authentic brand presence in Reddit, Quora, and niche forums to drive organic traffic.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute industry shows to drive on-site sales and email capture.
