Job summary

Cigar Place is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist & Customer Acquisition to own top-of-funnel strategy and scale new customer acquisition through non-traditional channels. Remote within Florida, with a strong emphasis on ROI and partnerships.

You will work with a performance-driven marketing team to harness affiliate networks, sponsorships, and community platforms to drive acquisition and retention across value-driven channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business development, or communications.
• Minimum 5 years of growth marketing and e-commerce acquisition experience.
• Experience in restricted e-commerce verticals (cigars/tobacco, CBD, alcohol, supplements) is a plus.
• Proven experience executing digital sponsorships, affiliate networks, and referral loops.
• Web analytics knowledge and expert use of tracking metrics to prove channel ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for high-velocity discount and deal networks (Slickdeals, Groupon).
• Recruit and manage lifestyle affiliates and optimize referral programs.
• Identify media placements across YouTube channels, podcasts, newsletters.
• Track CPMs, CAC, and LTV per channel to optimize ROI.
• Build brand presence in Reddit/Quora and secure backlinks for SEO.
• Plan and execute presence at industry shows to drive on-site sales.
