Job summary

Cambium in the United States, open to remote with a strong Bay Area preference, is seeking a senior lifecycle and growth marketer to partner with the VP Marketing. You will build strategy, programs, and systems to own lifecycle from first inquiry to repeat projects across our product range.

You’ll scale programs by partnering with Sales and Supply, define an acquisitions playbook for M&A, and lead a small lifecycle team as the company grows through its recent acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in B2B marketing at high-growth startups with ownership of retention or lifecycle.
• Built programs or systems from near zero, as a team lead or senior IC.
• Experience managing people or leading cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle for Cambium: build strategy and own results including retention and expansion.
• Partner with Sales and Supply on customer experience; test in live accounts and iterate.
• Define and run the customer marketing playbook for acquisitions, including post-M&A integration.
• Take ownership across marketing, from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
• Scale initiatives from macro view to granular execution and optimization.
