Job summary

Arena Intelligence seeks a senior growth marketer to define and drive multi‑product growth and revenue initiatives. You will own high‑leverage opportunities, quantify impact, and lead strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.

Build scalable growth systems with data‑driven experimentation, working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing or similar analytics‑driven roles.
• Proven track record of hitting growth goals across funnels and revenue.
• Experience turning opportunities into shipped growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scale growth programs across Arena’s products and lines of business.
• Own end‑to‑end campaigns with KPI definitions, hypotheses, execution, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship growth experiments.
