Job summary

Arena Intelligence is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to define and own growth programs across products and lines of business. You will identify high-leverage opportunities, quantify potential, and drive end-to-end campaigns with measurement and iteration.

Lead cross-functional efforts with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship scalable growth systems. Role requires strategic judgment and hands-on execution in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing or related analytical growth roles.
• Proven track record of hitting growth goals and improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention or revenue.
• Experience taking growth initiatives from opportunity through execution, measurement and scaling.
• Strong understanding of LTV, retention, monetization, and unit economics.
• Experience owning KPIs and accountable for campaign/channel outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling multiple growth channels (SEO, paid, email, web, PLG, programmatic).
• Strong experimentation mindset with test design and metrics.
• Strong analytical judgment and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution to ship initiatives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and scale growth programs across Arena's products and business lines.
• Apply data-driven thinking to understand growth drivers and inform investments.
• Own growth initiatives end-to-end from hypothesis to execution and scale.
• Build growth strategies across channels including SEO/AEO, email, paid, web, and PLG.
• Own KPIs and establish measurement frameworks for impact and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship growth experiences.
• Develop strategies to reach Arena's audiences: consumers, developers, researchers, labs, and enterprises.
• Translate priorities into integrated channel strategies instead of siloed channels.
• Build repeatable growth systems and processes to scale experiments.
• Communicate strategy and results to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Maintain strategic judgment while staying close enough to execution to ship.
