Job summary

Arena Intelligence is seeking a senior growth marketer to define and drive growth across products and business lines. You will own high‑impact growth opportunities, quantify potential, and operate from hypothesis through execution, measurement, and iteration.

You will work across the full funnel—acquisition through monetization—leveraging SEO, paid, email, web, programmatic growth, PLG, and AI‑native distribution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles.
• Proven track record of owning growth goals and driving measurable improvements.
• Experience taking growth initiatives from opportunity through execution, experimentation, measurement, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of LTV, retention, monetization, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and scale growth programs across Arena’s products and lines of business.
• Apply data‑driven thinking and experimental design to understand growth drivers.
• Own growth initiatives end‑to‑end from hypothesis to execution and scaling.
• Build and manage growth strategies across channels including SEO/AEO, email, paid acquisition, web, and PLG.
• Establish measurement frameworks for incremental impact and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship experiences and scalable systems.
• Develop strategies for reaching Arena’s diverse audiences (consumers, developers, researchers, enterprises).
• Translate priorities into integrated growth strategies across channels.
