Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to expand its global consumer footprint by optimizing the end-to-end user acquisition and monetization funnel. You will own touchpoints that convert prospects into lifelong customers—focusing on onboarding, free-trial conversion, and activation in a data-driven, experimentation rich environment.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across UX, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing to build low-friction journeys and drive ROI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in Growth PM (B2C/D2C SaaS, or high-volume consumer tech).
• Proven track record of driving acquisition, activation, or ARR through experiments.
• Experience with growth stacks, analytics platforms, and statistical test analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Funnel: define and execute the product strategy and experimentation roadmap for user acquisition, activation, and free-trial conversion loops.
• Run Rapid Experimentation: design, deploy, and analyze high-velocity A/B and multivariate tests to optimize onboarding flows, paywalls, checkout experiences, and engagement triggers.
• Drive Data-Led Prioritization: manage the growth backlog, prioritizing ROI, business impact, and statistical significance over opinions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing to build seamless, low-friction journeys.
• Deepen Data Analytics: work with Data Science to uncover conversion bottlenecks and map user behavior trends.
• Value-Driven Monetization: focus on growth hooks that deliver immediate customer value and renewals.
