Job summary

WorkOS is seeking a Product Growth leader to own activation, monetization, and retention across the platform. You will define the developer journey, measure success, and build an experimentation program in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance.

You will lead growth across onboarding, activation, and expansion, shaping pricing models and adopting product-led growth to accelerate enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management with measurable outcomes.
• Experience growing developer platforms, APIs, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with product-led growth and pricing strategies.
• Strong data instincts and experiment design capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional partnering across Product, Eng, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Growth across the WorkOS platform and drive activation, monetization, and retention.
• Define discovery, adoption, and expansion strategies for developers.
• Build and scale an experimentation program to inform roadmap and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize acquisition and attribution.
• Improve onboarding and reduce time-to-value for new developers.
• Identify friction and prioritize high-impact opportunities across the customer journey.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship improvements increasing adoption and business impact.
