Stable is seeking a Growth Lead to own acquisition, conversion, and expansion across self-serve and sales-led motions. You will be responsible for enterprise and individual customers alike, using AI systems to scale a small team quickly. You will think about the entire growth system and build it with AI support.

This is a senior IC role with potential to build a small team as the function grows. You will work to move beyond campaigns to systems that scale growth across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with PLG/self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
• Experience owning and allocating a seven-figure budget and forecasting.
• Track record of moving revenue and pipeline numbers.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: workflows, agents, prompts, or internal tools.
• Experience taking a channel 0 → 1.
• Comfort presenting growth performance and tradeoffs to leadership.
• Strong analytical and editorial chops.
• Experience owning or working closely with an SEO program.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable working in ambiguity.
• Able to balance strategy with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Build growth plan across both self-serve ARR and sales pipeline.
• Own multi-million dollar budget and forecast.
• Decide what to ramp up/down and defend calls with data.
• Present growth performance to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with sales to define ICPs and craft winning campaigns; close feedback loop.
• Own end-to-end acquisition across paid and organic channels.
• Build and own AI-driven search as a channel.
• Own lifecycle strategy from onboarding to win-back.
• Develop AI systems for research, content, monitoring, and reporting.
• Define hypotheses, metrics, and testing methodology; share learnings.
