Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in growth marketing with a strong track record of acquiring users, optimizing campaigns, and building scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Growth Marketing or related field at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience scaling acquisition programs across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth initiatives spanning user acquisition and product-led growth.
• Manage and optimize multimillion-dollar marketing investments across platforms including SEM, YouTube, Meta, TikTok.
• Identify and validate new growth opportunities through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Build the full growth stack from acquisition programs and campaign infrastructure to landing pages using AI tools.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
