Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Product Manager to own monetisation for SMEs, shaping upgrade flows and pricing strategies. You will partner with design and engineering to deliver MVP experiments, backed by data from SQL, Amplitude and Metabase, and drive OKRs aligned with company growth.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to optimize upgrades, calculate MRR impact, and scale monetisation across invoicing, expenses and banking products.

Qualifications

• Experience in monetisation-focused product management.
• Ability to interview SMEs and derive value from data.
• Proficiency with SQL-based analytics tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define monetisation strategy and upgrade paths for SMEs.
• Own upgrade surfaces and paywalls across product flows.
• Set and track OKRs and roadmap for monetisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and engineers to implement MVPs.
• Measure impact and iterate based on data and feedback.
