The role leads a growth-focused strategy, drives in‑product conversion and onboarding, and partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Content, and Business Development to expand subscriber value and retention.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or growth for consumer digital products.
Track record driving engagement, adoption, and retention across a portfolio.
Experience operating a subscription or D2C business with revenue accountability.
Strong command of in‑product growth: onboarding flows, engagement loops, paywall mechanics.
Analytical instincts with dashboards and cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

Own growth and engagement across Yahoo Sports products (Fantasy, Fandom & Community, Content).
Drive adoption, retention, and re-engagement across surfaces.
Own the growth playbook for new product launches, onboarding and feedback loops.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Content, and Business Development to maximize subscriber value.
