Job summary

Yahoo Sports is seeking a Senior Director of Growth & Subscriptions to own growth and engagement across the full Yahoo Sports portfolio: Fantasy, Fandom & Community, Content, and future launches. This senior leader will drive adoption, activation, retention, and in-product conversion for Yahoo Fantasy+ and other offerings, partnering across Marketing, Product, and Editorial.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong cross-functional leadership, and a culture of ownership,

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or growth for consumer-facing digital products.
Track record driving engagement, adoption, and retention across multiple products.
Experience with subscription or D2C business and revenue accountability.
Strong command of onboarding flows, engagement loops, and paywalls.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption and engagement across Yahoo Sports products, including Fantasy, Fandom & Community.
Own growth playbook for new product launches with onboarding and feedback loops.
Lead in-product conversion, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content to align GTM plans.
Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to inform decisions and trade-offs.
