Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Senior Director of Growth & Subscriptions to lead growth and engagement for Yahoo Sports across Fantasy, Fandom & Community, Content, and future launches. This executive role also owns the Yahoo Fantasy+ subscription business, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and in-product virality.

You will partner across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Editorial to scale revenue and engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management or growth, with consumer-facing, high-scale digital products.
Track record driving user engagement, adoption, and retention across a portfolio of products.
Experience operating a subscription or D2C business with revenue accountability across conversion, activation, and retention.
Strong command of in-product growth: onboarding flows, engagement loops, A/B experimentation, and paywall mechanics.
Analytical with dashboards, cohort data, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own growth and engagement across Yahoo Sports product portfolio (Fantasy, Fandom, Content).
Drive adoption, engagement, and retention across multiple surfaces and features.
Own and grow the Yahoo Fantasy+ subscription business, including onboarding and churn management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Content & Editorial to align growth initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams with a data-informed approach to hit engagement and revenue targets.
