MetroConnections, Inc. is seeking a Senior Conference & Meeting Coordinator to support and lead programs through the sales-to-delivery lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service.

The role is full-time, salary, bonus-eligible, hybrid with remote work and occasional Burnsville office presence, plus on-site events domestically and internationally with overnight travel.

You will collaborate with service teams, manage budgets, vendor contracts, travel logistics, and post-program reporting.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of related conference and event coordination experience.
• Ability to manage many details while maintaining big-picture thinking.
• Strong MS Office skills; proficiency in PPT, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Technology literate with a passion for learning new tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Must be able to travel as required (domestic and international).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with all service teams within metroConnections.
• Manage large-scale programs with efficiency and ease.
• Lead project kickoff and pre-program coordination activities.
• Coordinate on-site, travel, and vendor logistics.
• Support post-program follow-up and financials.
• Mentor or lead junior staff as needed.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
