Job summary

Softr is seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketer (Demand Gen) to design, implement and scale a high-impact marketing strategy. You will lead core growth initiatives, report to the Head of Marketing, and collaborate with the broader marketing team in a fully remote setting.

You will drive demand across ABM, SEO, performance marketing, events, lifecycle marketing, and paid and organic channels, focusing on turning insights into scalable growth for a diverse, global customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling growth in SaaS, ideally in PLG models.
• Breadth across growth channels: content/SEO, email lifecycle, conversions, analytics.
• Passion for no-code and automation and understanding audience deeply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a 100% remote team.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale demand gen strategies feeding the sales pipeline across ABM, SEO, paid and organic channels.
• Build target account lists, run personalized campaigns, and optimize channels for volume and quality.
• Experiment across demand channels to improve leads, quality, and conversion rates.
• Create content with marketing teammates and drive events/live events to engage sales motions.
• Coordinate with paid media agency for SEM and social campaigns.
• Set up tracking, routing, and landing pages; run A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Measure success via MQLs, PQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue; report to leadership.
