Job summary

Geoforce seeks a Senior Demand Generation leader to own and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across outbound, lifecycle, and partner programs. You will drive qualified leads, pipeline, and bookings with a hands-on approach and a focus on measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Sales and Partners, craft compelling messages across channels, and leverage CRM/automation tools to analyze performance and fuel growth across the field asset intelligence category.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation.
• Experience creating integrated, omnichannel campaigns across multiple channels.
• Hands-on builder mentality with ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Strong messaging, design, branding, and creative execution standards.
• Experience building campaigns spanning digital, paid, email, social, print, events.
• Meaningful experience using AI and GenAI tools in day-to-day work.
• CRM and marketing automation platforms knowledge; Salesforce and Pardot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign performance against targets for qualified leads and pipeline.
• Architect targeted campaigns around accounts, industries, and segments.
• Collaborate with sellers and partners to align on opportunities and growth.
• Build and manage omnichannel campaigns across multiple channels.
• Write compelling messaging across email, landing pages, and sales materials.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns from concept through launch and optimization.
• Incorporate CRM, marketing automation, and analytics to measure impact.
