Westmore Beauty seeks a data-driven Senior Creative Strategist to own paid social creative strategy and translate performance insights into compelling ad concepts. You will brief and manage UGC creators, freelance designers, and editors, while performing light edits to quickly test hooks and formats.

You will lead a pipeline of concepts across Meta/TikTok, analyze weekly results, and stay ahead of trends to drive growth in the Growth Marketing department.

Formación

• 5-7+ years in paid social creative strategy or related role.
• Proven ability to translate data into compelling ad concepts.
• Strong writing and brief development skills for creators.
• Experience managing multiple concepts, creators, and timelines.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Figma or similar tools.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate concept generation and edits.
• Experience working with freelance creatives or agencies.
• Industry experience in prestige beauty or adjacent lifestyle categories is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Generate a pipeline of fresh ad concepts, copy, hooks, and briefs tailored to each platform.
• Write detailed creative briefs for UGC creators, designers, and editors.
• Handle light production work: trimming, captioning, edits, and static assets.
• Coordinate freelancers and manage asset delivery to the Paid Social Manager on schedule.
• Analyze weekly performance data and iterate on winning concepts.
• Stay current on platform trends and beauty content to inform roadmap.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept generation and iteration.
