Method Recruiting is helping a leading health/consumer brand drive growth through senior-level paid social leadership. The Senior Manager will own the creative pipeline end to end, craft sharp briefs for designers and creators, and build an always-on UGC asset supply.

You will oversee performance across Meta and TikTok, drive ROAS targets, and partner with analytics and compliance teams to ensure privacy-safe tracking.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in performance-oriented paid social with hands-on ownership of meaningful budgets
• Demonstrated ownership of the creative process for paid social across multiple stakeholders
• Experience with organic social and community management, including moderation in sensitive topics
• Strong analytical ability including LTV analysis, marginal ROAS, and test design, plus data tooling proficiency
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to craft hooks and provide actionable feedback

Responsibilities

• Own the paid social creative pipeline end to end from insight to production and post-mortem
• Write sharp, insight-led briefs for designers, agencies, and creators and manage partners on scope and calendars
• Build and manage creator/UGC pipeline including licensing and usage rights
• Own creative performance analysis and codify learnings into scalable playbooks
• Develop and own paid social acquisition and revenue targets across a portfolio of brands; hit ROAS, CAC, and revenue goals
• Design and maintain account structures across Meta and TikTok and manage core formats
• Run a test-and-learn roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, placements, and landing pages
• Ensure conversion tracking and first-party data integrations meet privacy expectations and policy requirements
• Partner with brand, paid search, SEO, lifecycle, and affiliate teams for dashboards and leadership visibility
