24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist for a fast-growing prestige beauty/skincare brand in Los Angeles. This hands-on, data-driven role leads paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels to drive engagement and conversions.

You'll develop concepts, manage UGC briefs and creators, coordinate with designers, and apply AI tools to accelerate development, while staying ahead of trends in beauty and social media.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in paid social creative or related role.
• Strong Meta and TikTok paid social experience.
• Portfolio showing performance-driven creative with measurable results.
• Excellent creative strategy, copywriting, and briefing skills.
• Experience managing UGC creators and external creatives.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Express.
• Hands-on AI in creative workflows.
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle experience preferred.

What You'll Do

• Create concepts, hooks, scripts, UGC briefs, static ads, and testing frameworks
• Brief and manage UGC creators, freelance designers, and video editors
• Manage creative projects from concept through delivery
• Handle light editing and production using tools such as CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Express
• Analyze creative performance and continuously iterate on winning concepts
• Stay current on social, beauty, and creative trends
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, or similar to accelerate creative development

What We're Looking For

• 5-7+ years in paid social creative, performance creative, growth marketing, or a related role
• Strong Meta and TikTok paid social experience
• Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative with measurable results
• Excellent creative strategy, copywriting, and briefing skills
• Experience managing UGC creators and freelance/external creatives
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with a lightweight creative tool such as CapCut, Figma, or Adobe Express
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI into creative workflows
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle experience strongly preferred
