AS Beauty Group is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the creative vision for paid social and search campaigns. You will work across Growth, Creative, and Influencer teams to develop and execute ads and landing pages across multiple channels from concept to delivery.

The role blends creative innovation with data-driven performance, requiring a track record of winning concepts that boost omni-channel performance in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy for paid social
• Experience with DTC ecommerce
• Proven track record across a variety of creative formats
• Advanced proficiency in paid social platforms and best practices
• Experience implementing AI tools such as Claude in workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for paid social and search campaigns across all product launches and growth initiatives for multiple SKUs
• Collaborate with Growth to strategize experiments, analyze performance data, and optimize approaches based on insights
• Manage end-to-end creative workflows from concepting to final approval
• Execute persona research to identify new audiences and expand reach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse creative aligned with platform best practices (Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon)
• Support weekly launch needs with on-brand creative concepts that drive results
• Analyze organic social trends and competitive landscape to inform direction
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Monitor platform shifts and AI developments to stay ahead of trends and maintain competitive advantage
