Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Mobile Financial Services in the US. You will drive new business growth, open strategic accounts, and close multi-million-dollar engagements as the primary sales lead across the North America region.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape offerings, build compelling business cases, and position Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure.

Formación

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in mobile financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies with regulatory awareness.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales.
• Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Generate net-new business in USA high-value segments and strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline with proactive outreach.
• Develop business cases, value narratives, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at industry events and client engagements.
• Maintain high-quality pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
• Ensure activities align with Ericsson Doing Business Responsibly framework.
