Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers. The role spans acquisition to expansion, shaping analytics strategy and capabilities while remaining hands-on with complex questions.

You will drive measurement, dashboards, and self-service reporting, using AI-assisted tools for faster analysis and ensuring clear communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or related SaaS fields.
• Experience designing, measuring, or interpreting product experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data sources.
• Experience using Python, R, or similar for analysis or data prep.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, dbt).
• Ability to define metrics and measurement plans with product/engineering.
• Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of growth analysts, setting priorities and coaching.
• Partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers to define questions, hypotheses, goals, and metrics.
• Establish measurement for the PLG funnel across acquisition to expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams for self-service bookings and growth.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, modeling, and reporting.
