Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers across the customer journey.

You will shape analytics strategy, operating model, and capabilities to enable product teams to make data-driven decisions at scale, while hands-on with complex questions and building trusted measurement. Hybrid work with global offices and remote options.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product analytics, growth analytics, BI, data science, or related field in SaaS.
• Experience designing/measuring product experiments and A/B tests with statistical thinking.
• Strong SQL skills and work with complex data across sources.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar for analysis and data prep.

Responsibilities

• Identify where PLG journey performs and where friction exists to improve outcomes.
• Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams to enable self-service bookings and growth.
• Partner with PLG PMs and Engineers to define questions, hypotheses, goals and success metrics.
• Lead a team of growth analysts with coaching and career development.
• Design measurement plans for product initiatives and experiments with guardrails.
