Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers across the customer journey. You will shape analytics strategy, operate the model, and enable product teams to scale decisions.

The role is hands-on with emphasis on measurement, experimentation, and self-service reporting, while guiding the analytics function to drive customer growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product analytics or growth analytics in SaaS.
• Experience designing and interpreting product experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong SQL skills with multi-source data experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of growth analysts and set priorities.
• Define business questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics.
• Evolve PLG funnel measurement from acquisition to expansion.
• Partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers on analytics strategy.
• Develop dashboards and self-service reporting with reusable assets.
• Apply AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Improve metric definitions and event tracking for product analytics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to drive outcomes.
• Mentor team and support career growth.
