Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Analytics to lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG product teams across the customer journey, from acquisition to expansion. The role combines hands-on analysis with strategic analytics leadership to shape metrics, operating models, and capabilities that drive growth at scale.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams to enable self-service bookings, net growth, and AI-enabled insights, while guiding

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product or growth analytics, preferably in SaaS with product-led growth.
• Experience designing experiments and A/B tests with statistical understanding.
• Strong SQL and data modeling across multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for analysis and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and partner with PLG product managers and engineers.
• Define questions, hypotheses, goals, and success metrics for growth.
• Develop and coach a team of growth analysts and enable self-service analytics across teams.
• Establish measurement for the PLG funnel from acquisition to expansion.
• Analyze customer behavior with segmentation, cohorts, funnels, and retention.
• Design measurement plans for initiatives and experiments with proper instrumentation.
