Job summary

Zendesk, based in the United States, is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to guide analytics strategy for a product-led growth motion. You will lead a team of analysts and partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers across the customer journey, from acquisition to expansion.

You will design measurement plans, establish KPIs, and enable self-service insights through dashboards and data products.

Qualifications

Significant experience in product analytics or growth analytics.
Experience designing/measuring product experiments and A/B tests.
Strong SQL skills and experience with multiple data sources.
Experience with Python, R, or similar for analysis.
Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake/dbt).
Ability to define metrics and measurement plans with product/engineering.
Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of growth analysts.
Partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers to define questions, hypotheses, goals and success metrics.
Establish measurement for the PLG funnel across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion.
Analyze customer behavior using segmentation, cohort, funnel, retention and experimentation methods.
Design measurement plans for initiatives and experiments with success metrics and guardrails.
Improve product analytics with clear metric definitions, event tracking and reusable datasets.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and reporting while ensuring quality.
