Job summary

Wonder is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Growth & Business Analytics to turn business data into clear growth and monetization strategies across the customer and revenue lifecycles. You will lead analytical work to identify opportunities to drive active customer growth, engagement, and retention, partnering with teams to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, working with structured and unstructured data sets, with the ability to write complex queries.
• Highly proficient with data visualization tools and manipulating data sets in Looker and Amplitude to report on custom metrics.
• Experience building, implementing, and maintaining data processes and a marketing analytics roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree required in related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth and Finance teams to understand business strategy, goals, products, and key questions.
• Identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actions to improve results.
• Lead analyses of customer acquisition, funnel performance, retention, churn, pricing and lifetime value.
• Build and maintain forecasts, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for key metrics.
• Support quarterly and annual planning with rigorous analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Present findings to stakeholders and translate data into strategic decisions.
