Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Associate Director of Growth & Business Analytics to turn data into growth and monetization strategies across the customer and revenue lifecycle. You will lead the analytical work across Wonder to drive active customer growth, engagement, and retention.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in growth or marketing analytics, strong SQL, and data visualization experience with Looker and Amplitude, plus proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, working with structured and unstructured data sets, with the ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with data visualization tools and platforms (Looker, Amplitude) to report on custom metrics.
• Experience building, implementing, and maintaining data processes and a marketing analytics roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth and Finance to understand business strategy, goals, products and key questions.
• Identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actions.
• Lead analyses of customer acquisition, funnel performance, retention, churn, pricing and lifetime value.
• Build and maintain forecasts, dashboards and reporting frameworks for key metrics.
• Support quarterly and annual planning, budgeting and strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Present findings to stakeholders, translating data into strategic decisions.
