Job summary

TrustedHousesitters is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Lead Growth Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. You will own end-to-end growth analyses, framing business questions, exploring data, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth and informed investments.

You will partner with Growth, Marketing and Product teams to combine signals from channel performance, customer behavior, and experimentation to explain what drives performance and where opportunities

Qualifications

• Significant experience in growth, marketing, or commercial analytics in digital, marketplace, or subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of funnel performance and the interaction between Marketing and Product.
• Experience analyzing customer journeys across multiple funnel stages including lifecycle performance.
• Knowledge of marketing effectiveness methods such as MMM, incrementality testing, experimentation, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end analysis on priority growth questions from problem definition to recommendation.
• Identify changes in growth performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Size growth opportunities across channels, journeys, and Product.
• Support investment decisions using MMM, channel performance and customer behavior data.
• Build clear growth narratives translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Contribute to forecasting, pricing, and scenario analysis impacting growth.
• Develop scalable analytical approaches to speed up decision-making.
• Partner with Leadership to shape key growth decisions.
• Mentor other analysts to raise the team's analytical capability.
