Wonder in New York is seeking an Associate Director of Growth Analytics to turn business data into growth and monetization strategies. You will lead analytical work across the customer and revenue lifecycle, identify opportunities to drive active customer growth, engagement, and retention, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in growth/marketing analytics, strong SQL, and expertise with Looker and Amplitude.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth and Finance to develop understanding of business strategy and key questions.
• Identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actions.
• Lead analyses of customer acquisition, funnel performance, retention, churn, pricing and lifetime value.
• Build and maintain forecasts, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for key business metrics.
• Support quarterly and annual planning with rigorous analysis.
• Present findings to stakeholders and translate data into strategic decisions.
