Jobgether is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to partner with General Managers and senior commercial stakeholders. You will analyze revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and performance drivers to identify growth opportunities and improve data confidence.

You will guide Analysts, translate complex questions into analytical requirements, and develop scalable reporting solutions across Finance, BI, and Data Science teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, or related field, including mentoring analysts.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience analyzing revenue, profitability, acquisition, or sales performance.
• Direct collaboration with senior stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Experience querying large datasets with SQL and BI tools.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta, or other advertising platforms.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Revenue Ops, or commercial reporting teams.
• Python skills for statistical analysis or forecasting, and collaboration with Data Scientists.

• Translate datasets into actionable recommendations and explain causes of performance changes.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions.
• Lead and coach a small team of Analysts.
• Prioritize initiatives across multiple areas to deliver measurable value.
• Identify opportunities for deeper analysis, forecasting, and experimentation.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to improve analytics processes.
