Wonder Group, INC is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Growth & Business Analytics to turn business data into growth and monetization strategies across the customer and revenue lifecycle. You’ll lead the analytical work, partner with teams, and drive measurable results in a high-growth environment.

The role requires a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with ability to influence stakeholders and mentor a team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and writing complex queries.
• Proficient with data visualization tools to report on custom metrics (Looker/Amplitude).
• Experience building, implementing, and maintaining data processes and a marketing analytics roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• No visa sponsorship for this role as per company policy.
• Hybrid work model requiring in-office presence in New York, with flexibility up to 5 days.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Growth and Finance to understand business goals and answer key questions.
• Identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actions.
• Lead analyses of customer acquisition, funnel performance, retention, pricing, and lifetime value.
• Build and maintain forecasts, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for key metrics.
• Support planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Present findings to stakeholders, translating data into strategic decisions.
