Zusammenfassung

The Standard is seeking an experienced Account Manager for Employee Benefits Sales and Service to manage assigned groups, build strong client and broker relationships, and drive renewal strategies across a 2500+ lives portfolio.

You will conduct on-site visits, collaborate with sales and underwriting, negotiate rates, and lead enrollment activities while supporting growth, profitability, and client retention in the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in group insurance account management (2500+ lives).
• Life and Disability insurance license for all states in territory.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage effective primary relationships with key policyholders and producers.
• Organize face-to-face renewal visits to present claims analysis and renewal recommendations.
• Negotiate renewal terms, rates and contract provisions with sales, underwriter, and home office.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional lines of coverage and plan improvements.
• Coordinate new group submissions, enrollment setup and benefit fairs as needed.
