Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Group Account Manager, Meta - Data Center Segment, to lead the account strategy for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects, and resolve issues while collaborating across ABB's global business areas.

The role supports a remote work model with travel as needed to serve customers. Strong leadership, communication, and market insight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years of experience selling in Data Center.
• Ability to work cross functionally across other business areas and groups.
• Exceptional communication skills and a relationship first mindset. Must be comfortable communicating with individuals of all levels within the organizations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage resolution of customer problems.
• Provide input on market price developments and tendencies.
