Precision AQ is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio in a remote United States setting. You will manage client relationships, develop briefs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and business development across accounts, with budget oversight and coordination with internal teams. Travel may be required up to 10-15% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management for a patient support program portfolio.
• Provide direction to support team on all aspects of project management.
• Mentor junior account staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Identify market opportunities and organic growth within accounts.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations.
