Precision AQ, the top payer marketing agency, seeks a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and strengthen client service delivery for pharma partnerships.

You will manage client relationships, guide project teams, develop briefs and budgets, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional groups. This remote US role offers growth opportunities and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary lead for the client upon acceptance of proposal.
• Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients.
• Develop client agendas and slide presentations.
• Lead and/or support calls with client and LMR, faculty, and/or content experts.
• Review and forward status/contact reports to client after each contact.
• Develop project briefs and scope of work for clients and internal team members.
