Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and guide a team of client service professionals. You will manage client relationships, develop briefs and budgets, and drive project success across multiple accounts.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-value payer marketing programs. A discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary client contact and develop agendas, slides, and reports.
• Oversee project plans, briefs, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Identify market opportunities and drive organic growth within accounts.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while tracking hours and costs.
