Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and expand a team of client service professionals. The role emphasizes client management, project leadership, and financial oversight across multiple accounts within the pharmaceutical/healthcare space.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in account roles in pharma communications, strong leadership, and daily client-facing experience with regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management activities from proposal to execution.
• Direct project management ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Mentor associates and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Develop and monitor budgets and reconciliations.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and ensure quality control.
