Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and strengthen its client services team. The role focuses on customer relationship management, strategic project direction, and team leadership within a pharmaceutical/medical communications setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related fields, at least 3 years in an account role, and strong proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 10-15% depending on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management activities, maintain opportunities, and develop client agendas and slide presentations.
• Provide direction to the project team and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Identify market opportunities with Strategy leadership for client growth.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations while tracking hours and costs.
• Ensure quality control of client materials and contribute to best practices.
