Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and guide client service teams.

You will own client relationships, manage project briefs, budgets, and timelines, mentor junior staff, and identify growth opportunities within accounts. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams and travel up to 10–15% to meet client needs. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pharma/medical communications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and medical, legal, regulatory review experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal.
• Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients.
• Development of client agendas and slide presentations.
• Lead and/or support calls with client and experts regarding content and direction.
