Precision AQ is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and strengthen the agency’s client service experts. The role encompasses client management, project leadership, and annual budget oversight, with mentoring responsibilities and growth opportunities across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic development, and financial stewardship, including collaboration with strategy and client services to uncover market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 10-15% depending on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management for a portfolio and develop client agendas and presentations.
• Provide direction to support team on project management to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; conduct performance reviews and set goals.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; monitor budgets and hours.
