Precision AQ in New York is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and grow client relationships with pharmaceutical and life sciences partners. You will manage client engagements, oversee project plans, budgets, and deliverables, and mentor junior team members.

This role requires at least 3 years in pharma account management, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to travel 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client management, develop agendas and slide presentations.
• Provide direction on project management, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Identify market opportunities and organic growth within accounts.
• Ensure adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG and ACCME guidelines.
