JLL seeks a strategic procurement leader to direct the Grounds IFM S&P team for a large client in the United States. You will mentor, recruit, and develop top sourcing and procurement professionals while partnering with account leadership and clients to drive value.

This role demands end-to-end RFx ownership, advisory excellence, contract negotiation, and aggressive supplier performance management, delivering governance across landscape and snow removal services.

• Proven leader with experience in end-to-end RFx processes and IFM procurement.
