Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a highly strategic procurement leader to own and grow the Grounds IFM category for a major client. You will guide RFx programs from cradle to grave, mentor a team of sourcing and procurement professionals, and partner with account leadership to deliver value.

The role demands executive presence, advanced Excel, and the ability to articulate procurement strategy to senior stakeholders. Remote work supported across US with travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services, with demonstrated experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) procurement.
• Proven people management experience and ability to lead end-to-end RFx independently.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written; strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead long-term sourcing strategy for Grounds IFM category.
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, governance, and innovation across the portfolio.
• Lead large-scale RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from initiation to contract award.
• Mentor and develop S&P team and partner with operations and client leadership.
• Present strategies and performance results to senior leadership.
