Job summary

JLL is seeking a highly strategic procurement leader to oversee Grounds (Landscape & Snow Removal) S&P for a major client in the United States. You will own end-to-end RFx processes, mentor a team, and collaborate with account leadership to drive value. Strong Excel skills and executive presence are essential.

The role requires guiding a large Grounds portfolio, coordinating with operations, risk management, and governance to deliver measurable client outcomes and sustained value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services, with demonstrated experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) procurement.
• Proven experience independently leading end-to-end RFx processes in complex environments.
• Proven people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approx. 30%).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the long-term sourcing strategy for a complex Grounds IFM category.
• Drive performance, cost optimization, risk mitigation, governance, and innovation across the Grounds portfolio.
• Lead large-scale RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from initiation through contract award and transition.
• Provide strategic vision for Landscape and Snow Removal and partner with operations teams.
• Present sourcing strategies and performance results to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop Sourcing & Procurement talent and drive a high-performing team.
