Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior procurement leader to own the end-to-end RFx process for Grounds (Landscape & Snow Removal) within a large client environment. You will mentor teams, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and partner with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

The role requires strong Excel skills, executive presence, and proven ability to lead complex procurement programs in a high-pressure setting. Remote/work flexibility and US travel may apply.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services (IFM) procurement.
• Proven people management experience and ability to lead teams with minimal oversight.
• Proven experience independently leading end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Advanced Excel and large dataset analysis skills.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the long-term sourcing strategy for Grounds IFM category.
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, governance, and innovation across the portfolio.
• Lead large-scale RFx processes from initiation to contract award.
• Provide strategic guidance on Landscape and Snow Removal scopes and supplier strategy.
• Present procurement strategies and performance results to senior leadership.
